* **What is KOA Rewards?** KOA Rewards is KOA’s loyalty program. Renewable on an annual basis, it includes 10% off on all reservations, points, rewards, and discounts for future stays, and exclusive offers.
* **How much does KOA Rewards cost per year?** KOA Rewards costs $39.00 for one year. Members that earn 20,000 points on their account in one year get the next year free.
* **How do I sign up for KOA Rewards?** Stop in at any KOA campground and talk to an employee, or purchase online on the KOA Rewards page.
* **How do I renew my KOA Rewards account?** You can renew your account in person at a KOA campground, online, by email, or by written mail with the KOA renewal notice you receive annually.
* **What are KOA Rewards points and how can I use them to save money on my KOA Reservations?** KOA Rewards points can be used on your reservation(s) while booking on KOA.com, and can be applied to save money on your stay when you check in at the campground. You earn KOA Rewards points by being a KOA Rewards camper and staying at KOA campgrounds. 
* **Do you offer a multiyear purchase for KOA Rewards?** The KOA Rewards program is only offered on an annual basis. Each account holder has the opportunity to earn a free year by becoming a VIP within their account year after earning 20,000+ points.
* **Is an auto renewal option available?** Currently, auto renewal is not available. A future update may permit implementing this feature on an opt-in basis.
* **Do I receive a rewards card?** KOA Campgrounds do not need a printed copy of your account. All KOAs can look up your account during check-in. With KOA Rewards, we do not have a “card”, rather your account information is available in the KOA App or should you want a key tag to write your account number on, these are available at the campground’s front desk.
* **I just renewed, why did I receive another notice?** To ensure you do not lose your points and benefits, we send reminders by email and direct mail. If the email has not been opened or a renewal form returned before the next batch is queued up, there may be an overlap. A quick check to see if we have received your renewal is to log into your KOA Rewards portal by clicking KOA Rewards portal. Here you will be able to check the expiration date.
* **What to I do if I have problems with my KOA Account or KOA Rewards account?** To login in to your KOA Rewards portal, first you will need to Register your email and link your KOA Rewards account to it. Then you will be able to log into your KOA Rewards portal to check your upcoming reservations, camping history, check points earned for rewards and more. Linking your KOA Rewards account to your KOA Account should happen automatically if the email addresses for both accounts match. If you have any issues with not seeing your KOA Rewards information in your KOA Account, contact our Camper Experience team.
* **What is the VIP Cancellation Guideline?** If you are a KOA Rewards VIP call the KOA location where the reservation was made to cancel. KOA will waive your $20 reservation cancellation fee if you call the campground that you have the reservation with to cancel for a tent or RV site more than 7 days in advance, or 14 days prior to your KOA Cabin stay. Failing to cancel will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
* **What is a KOA Journey campground?** KOA Journey campgrounds offer the perfect oasis after a day on the road. Whether it’s along the way or a quick getaway, they’ve got you covered. Located near the highways and byways of North America with long Pull-thru RV Sites, they deliver convenience to the traveling camper. Pull in, ease back and take a load off.
* **What is a KOA Holiday campground?** KOA Holidays are an ideal place to relax and play. There’s plenty to do, with amenities and services to make your stay memorable. Plus, you’ll enjoy the outdoor experience with upgraded RV Sites with KOA Patios™ and Deluxe Cabins with full baths for camping in comfort. Bring your family, bring your friends, or bring the whole group – there’s plenty of ways to stay and explore.
* **What is a KOA Resort campground?** KOA Resorts offer a carefree vacation in the great outdoors. Enjoy robust recreation and staff-led activities, kick back and relax by the resort-style pool, or grab a bite to eat, all while never leaving the campground.
